We aim to reply within a few days. There is no account system here, so please include any detail we would need to reproduce a problem.
What to write about
- Something is broken
- A game that will not deal, cards that overlap, a button that does nothing — tell us which game, which browser and what you were doing. Bug reports are the emails we act on fastest.
- A rule or a number looks wrong
- Our guides quote hand rankings, odds and win rates. If you believe something is inaccurate, write in with the page and the correction — we would rather fix it than defend it.
- You want a game we do not have
- Requests genuinely shape the roadmap: several variants on the site exist because players asked for them.
- Business, press or licensing
- Partnerships, advertising enquiries and questions about our games from other studios all go to the same address.
Before you write
A few answers that come up often are already covered elsewhere: how each game works is in the rules guide, what we store is in the privacy policy, and who we are is on the about page.
Two things we cannot help with: recovering lost chips or statistics — those live only in your own browser and vanish when its data is cleared — and anything to do with real-money gambling, which this site has no part in.
